Our goal was to use the freshest ingredients while still offering quality, quantity and affordability. It took a bit of time to get our custom ground pure beef formula perfect, but we've been using the same mouthwatering blend ever since.

Delivered fast, still hot. The food itself wasn't good. The wings were sauceless, which would have been passable if they weren't tiny and fatty.

The menu says that the chicken sandwich comes with steak fries, although when I received my order I only had a chicken sandwich. I am very disappointed in the amount I paid, for what I received.

Baldouni Chicken Sandwich was dec despite being soaked and submerged in onions and shroom-goo. Did not get fries or lettuce and tomato despite menu for chicken sandwiches stating they were included. I called and they said that's included for platters only. There aren't even any chicken "platters" to choose from online. Meh. First time, last time.

I gave one start out of pity, because what I got here didn't even deserve one! How hard it is to make a grilled cheese sandwich and an apple pie? Well, in the 1 hour and a half they took to deliver it, I could definitely have baked better ones. The sandwich was not entirely bad, only cold. The apple pie, on the other hand, was INEDIBLE. It was old (probably baked last week or so) and it had a very weird taste that I defined as... salt! I have to give it to them, though. I tried probably more than 100 apple pies in the city (I just love it), and they could, for the first time in my life, make me stop eating it at the first bite!!! Conclusion... Or they had a really really really bad day, or they should use some pastry cooking recipes ASAP.

Nothing beats a big juicy greasy burger after a night of drinking... Or perhaps a afternoon of drinking... Yes, it is greasy, yes if you eat this everyday you'd probably have a heart attack, but on those special nights when you need good drunk or comfort food, this IS the place. The onion rings and the burgers are bomber... Came home one night after an evening of drinking, was hungry, nothing in the fridge, went online and found Jackson Hole (have eaten here sober as well at the one in midtown---was good too, greasy, but good). So if you're in for some greasy food, this is the place. If not, stay away. UPDATE: I am currently addicted to their triple decker turkey club. Done right with bacon, lettuce, tomato, fresh roasted turkey and mayo... Oh so good.

Not the best burgers in the city, but the quantity and choice make it worthwhile. The wings are not buffalo-style, but they are tasty. Definitely recommended if you want a bigger than usual burger.

UPDATE: after a 5-star review, the next *two orders* from Jackson Hole were WRONG and incorrect. Disappointing for something that *was* so great :( Will not order from here again. Done giving them chances. Original 5-star rating: OMG - best turkey burger ever! Delivery was quick and the food was terrific! Will order from again.

delivery quick. wings were ok. tiny, really tiny, crisp though. cheese fries were mush, bad. my friends chicken sandwich was rather unsavory. dry chicken. the burger was the kicker. ordered medium, thing was nasty raw> squeezed the bun & it was nsaty mush as the center was cold & raw. gross

The portions for the price is aweful and everything you order is either a mushy mess once it's delivered due to the amount of oil, or you can tell it's been sitting around for too long. Definitely not impressed.

This place makes EJs look like Per Se. I could not believe how greasy our food (cheeseburger, eggs) was when it arrived. Everything was swimming in inches of oil. I'm not a picky eater but I had to throw my dinner away. They also forgot our baked potato.
