Our goal was to use the freshest ingredients while still offering quality, quantity and affordability. It took a bit of time to get our custom ground pure beef formula perfect, but we've been using the same mouthwatering blend ever since.

for a place that specializes in burgers, it is below average. I have ordered burgers twice now and asked for them medium rare, and both times they have been delivered well done. also, both times asked for raw onions for the burger and they were forgotten. I recommend getting off the couch and heading to the nearest Shake Shack, You'll save money, and get a much better product.

Horrible! Soggy, messy, awful! Ordered twice from Jackson Hole. Both times everything was soggy and wet! Disgusting. They take no pride in their food or service.

After ordering from them for so many years, this is the 3rd time they forget to include SYRUP and BUTTER for pancakes! So frustrating...and the food is good...but I can't get over the fact that they keep messing up the most basic of things like this. Who can eat pancakes without syrup????

Delivery took more than the 40 minutes quoted, and the restaurant is only three blocks away. Take out food was mediocre. This place is better for dining in.

They are totally inconsistent. I ordered today - amnesia only remembering the good - waiting an hour+ for order, call to inquire why so long woman says "well, there's orders coming in tonight". Oh ok. That said, the dinner was good.

I order from here when I want to indulge myself with giant unhealthy portions. The hamburgers are freakishly big, and I've literally ached after eating from here. Most importantly, it's all delicious and the delivery is prompt.

Sweet potato fries were good. Also ordered the fajitas which was a poor choice for delivery, the dish leaked all over the bag. They were still pretty good though. Would order again.

The delivery was fast, but overall my salad was OK. The lettuce was a little brown and only iceberg. The chicken had some taste, but it was overcooked. I would maybe order from them again, but stick to burgers and fries.

ordered burger and fries a few times. burger is good.. one can feed 2 people if you both aren't too hungry. fries were not very good. one thing we thought was wierd is that their american cheese tasted fake. it did not seem like Kraft slices or something like that, but like something out of a can. we ordered it a few times, and this was true every time.

Burgers should have some kind of character or at least form. Tasteless, oddly shaped lumps of low-grade beef do not constitute a cheeseburger when thrown on top of bread with cheese melted on it.

I ordered from them last night. They forgot to put bacon in the omelette I ordered and when I called the staffer and I got cut off, but after a second call back, she very politely said she would send over another. Another person called me a few minutes later to apologize, which I thought was great customer service. When the order arrived just a few minutes later, it was a complete new entree. Love Jackson Hole!

Burger was amazing! Pancakes were really lackluster. I like a light and fluffy pancake and this was much more of a griddle cake. Fried on the outside and a little touch on the inside... almost cornbread texture. Cannot stress enough how delicious the burgers are!

Veggie burger platter is a great deal. It's huge and it comes with fries. It can definitely be split between two people. A tasty, filling, reasonably priced vegetarian menu. Have never waited long for delivery.

Despite the size of the burgers served, the quality of meat is far below what it should be. I've eaten many a good bacon cheeseburger and Jackson Hole serves some of the most deplorable. Their steak fries are also dated and don't devote the same attention that other diners and burger purveyors dedicate to non-soggy, thoroughly cooked potatoes. It's a shame that people don't expect more from their burger. ONE. STAR.

The menu says that the chicken sandwich comes with steak fries, although when I received my order I only had a chicken sandwich. I am very disappointed in the amount I paid, for what I received.

Baldouni Chicken Sandwich was dec despite being soaked and submerged in onions and shroom-goo. Did not get fries or lettuce and tomato despite menu for chicken sandwiches stating they were included. I called and they said that's included for platters only. There aren't even any chicken "platters" to choose from online. Meh. First time, last time.

I gave one start out of pity, because what I got here didn't even deserve one! How hard it is to make a grilled cheese sandwich and an apple pie? Well, in the 1 hour and a half they took to deliver it, I could definitely have baked better ones. The sandwich was not entirely bad, only cold. The apple pie, on the other hand, was INEDIBLE. It was old (probably baked last week or so) and it had a very weird taste that I defined as... salt! I have to give it to them, though. I tried probably more than 100 apple pies in the city (I just love it), and they could, for the first time in my life, make me stop eating it at the first bite!!! Conclusion... Or they had a really really really bad day, or they should use some pastry cooking recipes ASAP.

Nothing beats a big juicy greasy burger after a night of drinking... Or perhaps a afternoon of drinking... Yes, it is greasy, yes if you eat this everyday you'd probably have a heart attack, but on those special nights when you need good drunk or comfort food, this IS the place. The onion rings and the burgers are bomber... Came home one night after an evening of drinking, was hungry, nothing in the fridge, went online and found Jackson Hole (have eaten here sober as well at the one in midtown---was good too, greasy, but good). So if you're in for some greasy food, this is the place. If not, stay away. UPDATE: I am currently addicted to their triple decker turkey club. Done right with bacon, lettuce, tomato, fresh roasted turkey and mayo... Oh so good.

Not the best burgers in the city, but the quantity and choice make it worthwhile. The wings are not buffalo-style, but they are tasty. Definitely recommended if you want a bigger than usual burger.

UPDATE: after a 5-star review, the next *two orders* from Jackson Hole were WRONG and incorrect. Disappointing for something that *was* so great :( Will not order from here again. Done giving them chances. Original 5-star rating: OMG - best turkey burger ever! Delivery was quick and the food was terrific! Will order from again.

delivery quick. wings were ok. tiny, really tiny, crisp though. cheese fries were mush, bad. my friends chicken sandwich was rather unsavory. dry chicken. the burger was the kicker. ordered medium, thing was nasty raw> squeezed the bun & it was nsaty mush as the center was cold & raw. gross

The portions for the price is aweful and everything you order is either a mushy mess once it's delivered due to the amount of oil, or you can tell it's been sitting around for too long. Definitely not impressed.

This place makes EJs look like Per Se. I could not believe how greasy our food (cheeseburger, eggs) was when it arrived. Everything was swimming in inches of oil. I'm not a picky eater but I had to throw my dinner away. They also forgot our baked potato.
